Destination Resources Research & Development Team are the behind-the-scenes
experts who work in sync with Sales to design and customize your ideal
program. Interacting with local suppliers, they will ensure the
program operates to your specifications.
Working hand-in-hand with Sales and Operations, the Design Team creates
and produces original and imaginative events. Using elements of
nature, history, culture, and fantasy, our floral artists and event producers
thrive on turning the ordinary into the extraordinary.
The Operations Team acts as your exclusive contact from planning through
final billing. They will facilitate all of your program needs with hotel
and vendor contacts and remain your on-site expert from check-in to check-out.
They are trained to anticipate opportunities before they occur, and in
the event of the unforeseen, possess the knowledge and resources to provide
quick and skillful solutions.

Our proprietary software makes registration fast
and easy. Using your website or ours, guests can register for the
event and make housing and air-travel choices, utilizing discounts negotiated
by our Research & Development team. They can also choose conference
tracks, select leisure activities, and if appropriate, pay for their own
attendance and receive immediate confirmation of their registration.
